Weber/Kitzberger: Enforcement of Foreign Judgments
Katharina Kitzberger and Stefan Weber have contributed the Austrian Chapter to Enforcement of Foreign Judgments 2024 of Lexology Getting the Deal Through. The contribution inter alia deals with bringing a claim for enforcement, possible oppositions to such claims and requirements for recognition.
