On 6 March 2019, WEBER & CO. invited to the seminar series RECHT FRÜH in the premises of the firm. The enormous response to the seminar on the changes to the Vienna Building Code and the active discussions with participants of the seminar made clear how important the topic is and how deeply project development in Vienna is affected.

The developments in Construction and Real Estate Law during the last two years – ranging from the limitations on the use of land to the changes in the chargeable rent for historic buildings – had a massive impact on the rights and possibilities of owners, developers and investors. The seminar not only offered an update on the legal issues, but also provided possible solutions.
